In 1940 C. Carey Cloud created the Optical Illusion Puzzle for prizes for Cracker Jack. Printed on cardstock with red and green ink, which was typical for C.C. Cloud paper prizes.

Lay both pieces together as shown below. One will always appear to be the larger of the two. Ask your friends to pick out the larger, then reverse pieces to show that the smaller card appears to be the larger.
