C. Carey Cloud created the Wiggle Snake game for Cracker Jack during the early 1940's. There are four different animals in the "Wiggle" series of prizes. The Wiggle Snake, shown here, as well as a Wiggle Alligator, a Wiggle Lobster, and a Wiggle Lady Bug.

By grasping the tail of the snake, and rubbing it between two fingers, the snake wiggles back and forth. Carey Cloud based these toys off one of his earlier patents (Patent 2148290).

The Wiggle Snake game is printed on tri-fold card stock with green and red ink. It measures 8"x1¾" or 20.5cm x 4cm, and fold into thirds, to easily fit in a Cracker Jack box.

Instructions printed on the card:
"Wiggle Snake"
Gently press out, split tail, then fold tail together on dotted lines.
Hold tips of tail and rub together and SEE HIM WIGGLE.
